I have been fishing the lake most Fri - Sun mornings for past month or so. Normally from 0500 to 0730 or so. I fish two poles. Normally keep 3-5 fish with one or more greater than 14" (biggest was 18"). Normally release 5-10 fish in the 11" range with several others hooked but long released. Biggest fish caught mostly on red wedding ring with worm and worm scent. Wedding ring with 2' to 4' leader and med to large split shot. Most line is out 40 pulls and weight and pole holder. Many fish I caught were in the 3' to 10' deep range. The other set ups were a 4/0 dodger with 18"-24" leader with a single (or double) red hook rig and a small pink hoochie. Stuff the nose with power bait. Also behing the dodger we have put just a hook with power bait, san juan worm (biggest fish caught), reddish leach, half and half dick nite. Mostly things red.

Earlier in the year, the biggest ones were belching red chronomid like nymphs. Today the largest one had many small clams (~1/8th inch across). Mostly stomachs are empty or have really small stuff.

Always great to watch osprey and eagles fishing.

Almost all fish hit hard and fight well.
