Put the boat in at 4pm, it was raining and really windy but thought what the hay and gave it a try. Got my 1st fish while letting my red blade wedding ring out tipped with worm. while letting my 2nd rod out with green blade of the same had another take down all within 10 minutes of getting there. Let that line back out and my 1st rod went down and while reeling in the fish the 2nd rod went down. It was fast a furious and in 45 minutes I had my limit, I was thinking of having a nice relaxing afternoon of fishing and boom it was over just as soon as I got there. I brought a can of beer with me and did not even have a chance to sit back and enjoy it, much less open it.So I switched over to single barbless hooks w/o bait and the action never quit, At 1 point I pulled in my lines and drank the beer and smoked a cig just to relax for a minute but could not wait to get the rods back in the water so I cut it short and the action started again.20 fish to the boat in 2 hours of fishing with many doubles. It was a great way to spend an afternoon, I have been here recently and came up with blanks before. The moral tothe story is the more you go the better your chances of haveing a day loke today.
