Nice day for fishing started out at 1:52pm, from the beach fishing power eggs green & Yellow. With in a minute caught my first fish.... No beast if you know what I mean. First fish was 10 inches released fish easy due to I was using larger drop shot hooks and pinched the barbs. Within 20 minutes had caught my limit of small trout all but one was small last fish was a nice 13-14 inch 3/4lb trout. Only kept one fish due to it was a bleeder. All other fish I made sure they could swim away on their own first before releasing the fish.

Only bad thing I was seeing was a lot of ( EAGLE CHUMMING ) If you don't know what eagle chumming is = It's when people place a smaller fish half dead or dying back in the lake to see if they can catch a larger fish. Most time people just place the fish just off shore or in the weeds, so if anyone says anything they can deny it was their's. At one point of time I had seen 8 fish floating within 3 - 8 ft out in front of the beach/boat ramp. It was nice to see game dept show up around 2:15pm. Wow should have seen the mass exodus of cars & people................LOL

The day went nice to catch 5 fish within 25 minutes. Good fishing for family & kids. Just don't expect monsters.
