Ok so I did a report last night but my computer craped out so I am doing it again now. I went out on the lake to enjoy the sun with the wife and kids and figured I should take a couple poles. fished from 5:30 til about 8:00. The fishing started slow but about about 7:45 things really changed, I somewhat quickly picked up 3 very nice Bows and 1 very fat Koke. Just icing on the cake for a wonderful evening on the lake. 1 pole had the normal (the "uncle bill") the other pole had an Apex kokanee special on it. all 4 fish were caught with the downrigger at 15ft. I can not keep the trout off of the Apex I had never used one until about a week ago but I still have not got a Koke with it, it for sure works on the Bows. Water temp is getting much closer to target range and the fish activity shows that. Also all fish were caught in 50-60ft of water.

Same thing here, Mike. Was there Sat. & Sun. and used a chartruse Apex koke special about 12" behind a 5" Septs. Never got a koke, but it nailed the bows. As long as it worked, I never tried anything else.
