It was the last day of spring break for my son. So I took him down to the lake for couple hours. We were down there for about hour. Tons of people down there no one was catching anything. So I used a little sauce on a 6 inch worm and BAM! fight was on. It took about 5 mins to tired him out. My son Being the ninja the hung over the dock and netted him for me. I was pumped. Not a bad way to start your day.We returned him back to the lake after some quick photos. Awesome. I would love to tell you more but I can give away my SECRETES!

LOL not that it really matters but why are you guys so secretive about what bait you use? you're not a tournament bass fishermen, youre not on a boat, and besides that, you're fishing during prespawn, did you see their bellies? If you put it in front of their face and its windy out they're going to swallow it. I think the main thing that you need to understand is that we live in clear water lakes. chances are they're going to see you. It's hard to catch fish that big unless its very windy out, you pitch you're lure, or you use a worm and let it sit on the bottom until a bass swims by it. I bet both you and Elijah both caught these fish when the wind was kickin up huh?
