We started our trip today running Hi-Flys through the trench and found a hot bite. We didn't even have all the gear out when the first rod went off! Found most of our fish between 180 and 220 feet. We pounded away at em' until about noon when we got greedy and left the trench to go look for "The Big One" I've been seeing on my sonar up at the Yacht Club. We sent down a T-4 purple glow Flatfish on one rod and bounced back and forth between the Hi-Fly and Moonshine spoon on the other. The T-4 was hot, but we had a hard time getting em' to stay buttoned! What a great day though! With guys like Rick and Danny McBride on board it's hard to have a bad day. Thanks Guys!
