10/12/2011 11:27:00 PMI've caught several bass out of Blackmans. Relatively good sized as well. There have been reports of 6+lb largies there as well as some Triploid trout.

10/13/2011 7:35:00 AMI saw a very large LMB (I think) follow my rapala F-7 to the surface as I was pullling it to the dock but it didnt take it. By the fins and the size of the body My guess would be 6 pounds. It got just close enough for me to get a birds eye veiw then it got spooked. After that I put some split shot on to get down further and tried differant retreives to see if I could initiate a strike. Maybee next time. I did get two or three bites with failed hooksets though, so the fish are hungry.
