Sorry for the late report (and following ones - didn't download cameras until tonight)

Fished for kokanee downlake from our condo this morning. It was overcast and cloudy, so I put on a Bloody Mary Wannafish A Lure behind a 50/50 dodger and tipped it with pink Berkley Power Maggots. Second pole had a purple dick nite. The picture shows my setups and additional ones used on a later trip with my daughter. Toni's gear worked very well. I especially like the sickle hooks, as I didn't lose fish at all.

I fished both sides of Rocky Point and took home 7 kokanee up to 12 inches and let 2 or 3 smaller ones go. Nice flat water, a bit of drizzle. Thish seemed to bite best around 1.3-1.4 mph and with lines at 30-35 feet in 50-120 feet of water.

About 10:00 I switched over to lake trout fishing and broke out my jigging rod. Caught and released a couple of 3-4 pounders on Mac Bar before heading in for the day.

Thank you for the report. How did you break your rod?

Oh... Bad English... I switched from my ultralight trout poles to my salmon jigging pole, a nice 9 foot graphite with a line counter reel... Sorry Toni!!!

BTW - Your spinners worked GREAT! Our only casualty was one hook broke off after tangling in the net... you can see the upper right Gilded Lily only has one hook left... I'll re-tie it before we go back out! I didn't try using the Pink Ice ones just due to the cloud cover... I think the pink ice would look a lot like the mysis shrimp in Chelan!
