Fished log boom park with, fishingthePacNW

started fishing at 1:30 FTPNW caught 3 sunfish in the first half hour. saw a guy catch 3 HUGE CARP! i was amazed :D after an hour of fishing we started to get a pattern going. 3ish the pattern slowed down. around 4 we caught nonestop sunfish/bluegills had a blast.

a nice little girl had a hook and no pole and tried to catch fish and we hooked her up with a worm and a smaller hook and a weight. after catching more fish the girl said, " i have one". I was amazed it wasn't a bluegill/sunfish it was a rock Bass. i have never seen a rock bass caught there ever!

Parking was just a little painful, but my wife and I managed. I also want to thank Elijah & Pika, I finally achieved the dropped shot, worked out pretty well, caught some perch and sunfish, wife used a bobber, also did the same. Saw those carp, yes pretty big. Got a little windy around 5, but still a good day,..

Sounds like today wa a WaLaker's reunion and we didn't even know it! I was out there slaying the blue gill and perch today. Trying for the carp, but when the wind picked up, we left and went to The Bog. Log Boom is pretty busy on nice days like this.
