When I was a kid in the 70's my parent's use to take us camping & fishing at Moses Lake every weekend in summer, I use to fish for crappie on the I-90 bridge and man we use to fill up a 5-gallon bucket with slab size crappie! My family loved to eat crappie fillets, would rather eat crappie than salmon. But it seem's like ever since Mt St Helens erupted and all that ash went right into Moses Lake, the crappie fishing has never been the same. In fact it seemed like it totally killed off the awesome crappie fishery in Big Moses! Does anyone know where I might find some awesome crappie fishing on the west side of the mountains??? Would love to hear about it, thank you and keep on fishing!!!
