Hit fish lake yesterday around 11. Weather was overcast most of the time, with a few pockets of sun. Wind was light and variable, and the water temp was holding around 53F. The water level is also going down very quickly, almost to the blocks, but who knows what'll happen after this weeks rain.

I started trolling an orange wedding ring with half a crawler and got 2 fish right away. After that things slowed down considerably. I finally got my 3rd fish about an hour and a half later. I proceeded to get lots of hits after that, but nothing would stick. Around 2 pm the fish shut right off, but were still jumping so I decided to park the boat by the jumpers and throw out a bobber with a worm 4' below. That got me my final 2 fish and I was off the lake by 3:30.
