Dont care for crowds so got up early and made it to the lake at 5:10 am. Got into the trolling after moving up towards the dam. Used a red mini hootchie with brass blade. Baby cowbells with 1 oz of weight attached thru rudder with rubber band. About 26 to 28 pulls. Baited lower hook with corn so that point wasn't exposed. Trolled at 1.5 give or take. Carp spit scent on the Hootchie. Couldn't keep the fish off. Was done in about an hour and three quarters. Got out of there by 10. Had hits every ten minutes. The bad thing...broke the tip off new pole between first 2 eyes. Hope this helps somebody. I have got to the point of just wanting enough fish I'll use and not watch them stack up in freezer.
