First time on this lake. Small but definitely worth another trip back. Started off right away with a nice little stocker about 11 inches. I was doing small 8's east and west. This was the key. The highlight of my trip was when I was reeling in a small stocker near the shore when all of a sudden I felt my line stop. I pulled back and see this monster bass surface with my fish in its mouth. I about fell out of my boat. My dog was barking like crazy trying to jump in after it. I fought it for about 3 minutes and it began to tire. I dont carry a scale by my gestimation with it measuring 24 inches long about 6 or 7 pounds. This is my biggest bass ever so it will be mounted.
