Glad to hear you were able to get out and put fish in the boat, The fish gods must have been listening. LOL It's amazing how the flat fish is the yacht club bait, with the hi fly working the trench. Go figure.

To be Honest Loui, I think I could have been Pulling a Beer Can today and caught um..It was Just 1 of those Days when they would hit anything...We had numerous fish pull off in both Locations..If I had a Glow in the Dark Beer Can I would have Tried it!! Hey I think I might be on to something!!!!

Your rod is sagging big time. Have a total weight of the closet rod stringer? Looks like John is two handing his end, while his buddy appears to be using one with very little effort. Someone had Wheaties for breakfast and spinach for lunch. I didn't catch whether this was a half or full day outing. Did John bring any gear from his store to try?

MotoBoat this was a fullday...If I could have fit the other 5 on the Pole I believe we would have had around 85 lbs..John offered to bring me some stuff but I had all we needed..He is going to carry the Wigglefin Action Discs now in his store after seeing them in Action!!!!

What would 85lbs of fish translate to, in fillet weight? What is you heaviest all day stringer to date? Include a half day if you recall what it was.

I think that it would have weighed in the 45 to 50lbs of Fillets...I had a 13 fish 1/2 day..Total weight was 132lbs. I had a 19lber and a 17lber...The best 1/2 day for #'s was this year with Bluefin Loui this January. with 32 fish and I think that the fillets weighed 60 lbs...

I have done well Jigging for Laketrout here on Chelan in the past..But Trolling for me is a lot more Productive as I can cover a lot more area and what I see most of the time is that the laketrout are really spread out so by covering more area I am more Productive..Plus Jigging Lake Chelan is a ton of work because of the depths we fish...Last trip out we caught a laketrout 396 ft deep, so imagine jigging that depths!!!!
