I figured I'd give Fish Lake another try since it was raining and last time I fished it in the rain I did pretty well. I arrived at the lake around 1pm the first thing I saw was an otter swimming around in the small bay to the right. I thought this was a good sign so I put a worm about 4' under a bobber and cast that direction. For the first hour I kept getting bites, but couldn't hook anything. Finally I set the hook on a nice cut. The next cast I picked another one up, but than it slowed down when the rain quit. Everytime the rain would start again I would get more bites. I ended up getting my limit, including the nicest rainbow I've pulled out of this lake. It was a fun day fishing, even getting a little wet in the process.
