Me and my buddy Rich fished Saturday for a few hours. Rich had 2 good hot follows a mid 30" and a good 40" Musky. Couldnt connect and get Rich his first Musky in the net. Sunday hit Tapps by myself. Had another couple of HOT followers to the boat. A mid 30 and another 40" toad...not the same fish.Ended up with 4 Muskies though small ones 1-24", 2-26" inchers and a 28.5" incher. I was throwing swimbaits and bucks over deep weed beds. Water temps were averaging around 67 degrees. Fish are active. Especially the smaller fish.Talked to the sherriff posted at the launch. You can use the park till 8pm until September 19th. Then closes at 3 pm. North Tapps Park closes October 1st. So get out there and fish while you can. Smallie action is pretty good from what i have been told. Also i did miss a huge bucket mouth a about 5 lbs. I think thats pretty big for Tapps..See ya on the water, Todd

fished there today for bass and had on and lost a 40 incher with a boohya spinner. Pretty crazy stuff, not sure how he fell off that huge hook with my hook set and all that hard tension it gave me but it did after fighting it for a minute. I'm sure those crazy hard mouths are hard to get a hook to penetrate completely.

Congrats on catching multiple fish. Any size Tiger is a good Tiger. Good luck fishing everyone...
