Took Tim (aka Bazzdude) up to Lake Spokane after work for some Bass action. Put in at Spokane house launch and headed up past Suncrest to the west side lillies. Water temp was in the low 80's so I wasn't expecting too much action until late evening, fishing was very slow until I hooked up with a nice LMB, but as soon as it broke the surface it shook me off, one of those fish that you get a look at the size of the mouth and go man, that was a big one! Urrgg! So, after the excitement wore off we trolled up the west side and hooked up with a few dink smallies. Went across from Willow Bay and caught and missed a few more smallie dinks, Tim missed a couple nice top water hits on the edges of the lillies. Towards sunset we went back to the same area I hooked up with the big LM and nailed this nice one that went close to 5lbs, sorry Tim. The smallie on the left was from last night when me and the wife were out. It was nice to take and meet another web site fisherman, Tim is a very nice young man and has a great passion for bass fishing. Thanks for coming Tim, we'll hook up again!
