Launched at Spokane House around 6:30 am and fished around there for a few hours. First drift caught my first bass of the year, just a little guy. Tried by a few docks with no luck so switched to wackyin it. Snagged up a few times, lost a few hooks, casted again and sat back to relax. Once again line went really tight right away so I started whining about bein snagged again and started reelin in dead weight that I thought was a stick or something. Turned out to be a 2lb 9oz smallie. Friends said they have never heard someone complain so much about havin a bass on before haha. Then Bassassassin headed up from the launch into the rapids and I thought he lost his mind. Did the fastest drift ever, but found where the squaws were hiding after the massacre of last visit to Long. Ended up dispatching of about 20 more squaws, they thought they could hide from us.

The squaws love crankbaits, any kind, any color. Literally any cranks. Caught a few on a wacky rig too, but mostly crankbaits.
