Well, I haven't been able to to buy a strike the last few days. Friday I went to whitman and didn't see one fish. I fished from 0 to about 16 ft. With mostly soft plastics. I didn't see one bed either.

Sunday I went to Tanwax for a couple hours but same results as Whitman. I was pitchin to the heaviest cover i could find and repeated cast to docks and structure. I can skip my jig and pig about 20ft under docks now though.

After Tanwax I went to Clear Lake, First cast my tube didn't make it to the bottom but i think it was the trout pickin it up. I only got one dink smallie (13in) on a small tube that was brown. I was gonna fish till about 11 at night but I was freezin my arse off and my hands stopped workin from the cold. My truck said it was 48 degrees when I left at 9 45 pm.

The trout were following my lures up to the boat on almost every cast and at dusk the lake was boiling from them eating the nights hatch. Too bad they are so small, they would be fun to catch to if they were 16 to twenty inches.

I saw Toni on the lake also, always nice to see a fellow member!
