Boy what a great day and evening of fishing today.
I had 2 different Families out today.. My Morning group was Brian and Debbie Beavers from Montlake Terrace..We started trolling the edge of the trench to find a few but as the day progressed I found the strongest bite dead center in the Trench in front of Rocky Point..We flat Banged um on the Ace Hi Fly..ended the day with boating 14 with well over 25 bites..

Started my evening trip at 3:00pm with Joan & Jeremia(9yrs old) and Mike Thorn of Lake Stevens..
Same story started in the trench where we got the skunk out of the boat with a 5lber. As the evening progressed I started working the Southshore line along Minneapolis Beach where I found a whole pile of Lakers showing up on the ledges to start the evening feeding..We boated 10 Laketrout in 4 hrs..Thanks so much to all that fished with me today..Tightlines to all and good luck on the water...First Pictured is Brian and Debbie Beavers and 2nd Pictured is Joan, Jeremia and Mike Thorn.

is rocky point that big point that sticks out south of Manson? Nice work on the lake, good to see kids getting into such great fish, should keep them hooked for life!

Rocky Point is down lake of Wapato point between Manson and Chelan on the North shore of the Lake..If you remember 2 yrs ago Rocky Point made nation wide news when a cow fell off the cliff and landed right on the hood of a mini van..anyway if you are in the middle of the lake out from Rocky Point you are in the right location trgeting depths of 200 to 220ft deep..hope this answers your question

I found most of these fish in depths of 200 to 220ft...
