Went to Lake Twelve today with a buddy, brought the Gore tex jacket, rained hard off and on.
Fished a carolina rig 1/4 oz. weight 18" ish leader with a black/purple w/ blue flake worm.
Had one strike, about 10 ft. away from a submerged log.
Hit it about 3 times but couldnt set the hook.
Water was pretty clear and lily pads will be coming up soon

it might have been tiny. there are a lot of tiny bass out there that will try to beat up your worm. I almost went out to twelve wednesday AND yesterday but had a meeting last night. I might try again tonight. were you the only one out there? i heard it just got stocked with trout too.

Yeah, just me and my buddy
There were tons of fish surfacing, most likely trout, so i wouldnt doubt it about the restocking.
Did see something (bass or carp) come clear out of the water straight across the boat launch near the weed patch.
No idea about the size of the bite, but water was warmer than I expected.
Good luck!
