Since the weather was decent decided to hit up Beaver Lake. Guess we were'nt the only ones with the same idea. About 10 people shore fishing at the park and 10 -12 boats & floatables thruout the morning. We were there about 3 hours with not even a bite, we threw every thing from worms to marshmellows and every color of power eggs,, nada., Saw one big fish jump and saw one caught after about 2 hours from a shore fisherman. It was about 18-20 inches, but the nastiest trout i've seen in a while. Dark brown and large jaws, was spawned out. I would have thrown it back, but he kept it. Yumm hope that taste good for dinner. Gave up around 12:30 and headed back to Kent to try Lake Meridian.
