Bassed Cassidy this morning from 6am to about 9:30am...only 6 bites all day, with 3 (one to two pound) largemouth boated, one 3-4 pounder lost boatside (dang!), and two really nice crappie. I used weightless 4" and 6" black or yellow rubber worms. Very light hits...almost imperceptible...but great fighters when you finally hook one. The crappie were right on the left side of the boat launch when I arrived. They were all over the surface feeding on bugs. I got one small one from shore, and then another as I started out on the lake. That one was about 10 inches, but it was foul hooked...I couldn't grab it correctly, so I released it without a photo. All fish caught were released unharmed. S L O W day...................
