Hit up my favorite little cutthroat lake just below grays harbor college in aberdeen lake swano was created by flooding an old gravel pit probably over 40 ft deep the fish here grpow large on the the coho smolt that we have released fromt he hatchery on the lower portion of the college I caught 5 fishin less the 2 hours all over 12 inches one up wards of 17 inches they are very aggresiver and full of eggs wondering where all the males are. they where hitting a large kastmaster and kastmaster with a blue fox spinner attached very top 3 ft of the water column. the lake sis called lake swano. I graduated with a fish hatchery tech degree from there almost 4 years ago. I uised to fish in the lake between classes but this is the fiorst year that there have been a large amount of large fish............
