7/20/2009 2:15:00 PMI can't wait! we are going on our annual Omak trip here in 2 weeks, we are staying at Shady, but some of our family stays at Liars too. where are the bass holding up on this lake?
The type of bait used on the lake throws me for a loop, i'm always shocked by the size of the fish taken on power bait..

7/21/2009 3:56:00 PMThey got smallies on the lower lake and largies on the upper. All along the banks going towards the dam are good spots. Senkos, crawfish bait, etc. has worked for me. Good luck. Maybe I'll see ya in a couple of weeks. I heard a #6+ bass was caught off the dock at Liars Cove during Memorial day wknd or perhaps the week before.

7/22/2009 9:35:00 AMThe Conc waters have produced a number of good bass, they usually have pics posted at the resorts, and if you look into the history of reports for this water you'll find more.
it's a super easy trout fishery, that's for sure... but there are some monsters out there as well. Seems to be hit and miss as even the largest trout are typically pulled in on powerbait off the bottom...?
