I caught this very sick 47 x 21 1/2 tiger last weekend. It was my personal best but sure didn't fight much. Thanks again to another Skeeter owner and his son for taking this picture for me. I wanted to point out that after talking with Mark Wells, this tiger was probably sick from being mishandled by a previous fisherman. Improper handling like laying the fish on the boat floor, keeping the fish out of water too long and nets that are not smooth or thick enough will strip away the protective slime and make the fish susceptible to disease. Please take the time and spend the money to properly CPR all our tigers.

sheesh that does look pretty bad but at least it is still eating i guess thats good. thats too bad that someone mis-handeled it, people need to learn how too handle fish correctly not only tigers but all fish. good job on the pb that thing is a monster!!.

unfortunately most muskies are caught on accident and then get manhandled while people try to get the picture of a lifetime. hopefully this picture will raise the awareness of what mishandling them can do.
