Went and fished lake Ki for the first time this year with my Buddy John. We got on the water at about 8:00 a.m. on a day that held the promise of us getting as soaked as our Power Bait. John got a bite right away on pink P.B. but missed it. I started catching fish shortly thereafter on orange P.B. and had 3 fish in the boat before he caught his 2nd after he switched to orange also. I had my limit in 55 minutes and John got his limit in about 40 minutes after he switched to orange power bait. Tell me color doesn't matter! My stringer was anchored by my 5th fish that was as long as my arm from finger tip to halfway up my bicep. Granted I got short arms but that was still 22 inches when I measured it at home! Not a bad way to end the day and the rain held off which was even better!
