Fished the evening of the 9th and the morning of the 10th. Caught 6....boated 4, HaHa! That's why we fish bass though....for the challenge. Anyhow, I caught a two pounder early on, and just when Dad was talking about packing it in, WHAM! He fights this four pouder for a good while. He'd real her in 15ft, she'd take 12...he'd real in 12ft, she took 11. Awsome fish!!! Boy did she pitch a fit when she got back to her cover....I told Dad that's how you can tell it was a woman. HaHa The next morning I caught a three pounder....nice fish....awsome fight! I rated it a five cause I finally found the hot spot. Never caught so many quality Bass here before. By the way, I was the one that lost the other two. This is my second year Bassin', give me a break. One wrapped me up on some branches....got him and a branch ten feet from the boat...... See Ya! No excuses on the other. Both were 2lbs. plus. Good luck ya'll. Gonna try Banks soon.

EWBass. Evergreen used to be in my backyard before I moved over to Sunnyside. Did you guys catch any of those Monster Smallies? I usually run in to a Tiger Musky or two fishin' for bass up there. 7" Power worms in midnight/red flake and motoroil, Carolina rigged 6" Lizards and pitchin' tubes, 7" Senkos pitched into the weed mat pockets account for the majority of my big Bass on that lake. Did you guys spot any fish on thier beds just yet? Did you try any topwaters at all? Anyway, nice report. TJM
