Hit up Pine today before the wind and weather got too bad. Trolled the same little flatfish with the orange butt on it. I had about an hour period where it was really slow, and only caught a few. Then the last hour was pretty lights out, it seemed to get better as the wind and weather came in. The only time it was slow was when it was calm out. Also, the people fishing at the pier, I know some of you are legit and legal but others are just a joke. I watched one guy fishing with two rods, trying to land fish on both rods. And I know there are some people that kept over their limits, because I watched them catch three or four fish and they stayed there longer than I did. I only was watching them for the 1/2 hour or so I trolled in front of the pier, and they were there before I got there and still there when I left. Fun time fishing, caught a bunch and it was good to be out.

I was on the pier right before it rained. Were you the one on the pontoon boat. The pontoon boat came up the boat launch around 4 - 430. I made my limit of 5 fish and stopped fishing. I see people poaching and it's a shame. By the way, Someone almost caught a 16 incher casting towards the shore. They horsed it and the hook popped out before they couldnt net the fish. I didnt know that they could get that big there with the heavy fishing pressure.
