Started Trolling Sat Morning at 6AM had fish in the boat immediately. Started trolling with wooly buggers behind lake troll flashers. Tried everything in the tackle box and everything worked, trolling rooster tails, thomas booyant spoons, wedding rings, super wedding rings, super dupers, tripple teasers, broke back rapalas, heavy headed vibrax, other misc spoons. The only things that did not work were crocodiles and swedish pimples.

Fished for 8 hours on Saturday and easily caught 150 trout and released all but 3 fish for the smoker.

Fished for under 2 hours on Sunday and caught and released 26 nice fish.

The area between the state park and shady pines resort seemed to be the hot spot. Trolling close to the shore produced moments of fast and furious fishing with multiple double hookups.
1.3-1.5 mph on the trolling speed worked best.

Easily one of the best days fishing in recent memory. Cant wait to go back..
