WOW what a day I got to sprague around 1030 it seemed a little slower today but I got bites fairly steady I lost alot thats ok though i just got to stay out longer.I noticed something funny about my second fish though it had it had a hook and red (i think) power nugget hanging out its butt about six inches so I pulled on it and it came out another foot with the loop still tied at the top like some ones swivel came unhooked. He was pretty big to didnt seem to bother em he fought as hard as all the others. I just wish I'd brought my camara and taken a pic before I pulled it out.

nycfishguy, I believe Sprague Lake Resort might be a good choice for you. It is a nice facility with a fishing dock and a pier. There is a $5.00 fee to shore fish, but I find it worth it. Follow the signs at the town of Sprague.

Thanks T-Bone. I went to the All Seasons Resort on the North side last week 2 days in a row...Yes - the fish were biting and they were BIG! Most of them were at least 2 pounders if not BIGGER. Got them off a neon green rooster tail with black dots and worm and marsh mellow sandwich. The people who run the place are very nice and they have a nice boat launch with a launch dock. Me and some friends launched off the public dock on Saturday and it was pretty crappy. Short cement launch pad and no dock to attach to once the boat is off the trailer. Happy fishing!
