Had an average day at Beaver Lake, fishing from shore using the new Panther Martin Yellow (looked to be a brown trout pattern), my wife picked up for me today. C&R 6 bows(6"-9") and kept one nice 11" for the fryin pan tonight. They're getting a little fiestier there so I'd be looking for the lake to get increased pressure from here on through opening week. I'll go back and hopefully find a quiet spot in my boat so as to not hear some guy yellin across the lake asking everyone what they are using because he can't catch a fish. I find it disrespectful and quite obnoxious for anyone to be trapsing around askin every joe he sees what he's using. If you happen to have the conversation of methods great, but don't be going all over the place like that. Tight lines, I'll find a differnt lake tomorrow.
