9/9/2008 8:32:00 PMJust like dilbert quoted, retaining one 16" bass is fine by the regulations. And thank you for reminding me. We fishermen need to remind each other more often, after all, there ARE times when we forgot what the regulations says, or when there are new rules, or some people don't read it at all!
