Me and Marc hit Long lake about 8:00 pm and I was glad to see no ski boats on the water put the HAWG HUNTER in the water and parked the truck went back to the boat and break time was over and the ski boats were every where! I can't under stand why these boaters have to ski so close to us in a small boat and stay in the same area on the lake as us. The lake is huge enough for these guys to ski away from fishermen but they don't. Looks like its time to start to shoot skeet from the boat again its the only thing we can do to keep them on the other end of the lake. WE as fisherman should try to get a law passed to keep skiers in the sound and off the lakes and jet skiers also these people have no respect for others on the water and can cause small crafts to capsize or take on water! Once the sun went down the boaters left the lake and we did manage to get one 4#er in the boat then we headed to the boat launch. The fishing would have been better if not for the KNUCLE HEADS on the water I'll start the skeet shoot the next time out!!
