Arrived at 7am, launched boat, started bottom fishing off to the left of the boat launch into the lillies with some floater bait. Friend caught nice seven inch bluegill at the end of a dock and threw it back unharmed. We decided to troll down the center of the lake to the other end and I ended up catching three trout along the way that my friend decided to take home to smoke up. Caught another trout a little bit later , but it flung itself off the barbless hook I was using and I never landed that one. All four were probably twelve to fourteen inches in length. Later towards 10am I caught a nice ten inch smallmouth bass. My other friend finally caught himself a nice trout and he felt relieved for at least catching something.
