Went out at 0830, lake was calm fishing was slow. Averaged a fish every 1/2 an hour. I troll about 3/4 of the lake from the boat launch. If you see the cows on one side and the tree's and rocks on the other your in the right spot. Just troll in the middle third between those points and you should get lots of hits. I troll a muddler minnow 42" to 28" inches behind a silver 3" to 4" inch dodger. That is behind a 4' to 6' leader attached to the fly line. I use a sinking fly line most of the time, but also use a floating with split shots. I troll at 1.2 mph to 1.5 mph (use a GPS for exact speed). The fish have been hitting hard up until 11 am then it seams to get more spotty. You'll know when you are in the right spot because you will get several fish in a row. West Medical is always a lake were you should limit out, the tough thing is finding where the fish are, they seam to move from one spot or area to another for no reason. Sometimes it takes trolling the whole lake to find them but when you do you'll limit out. Practice catch and release
