It was a father son camping trip. 3 dads & 3 sons. Hit the lake about 4:30 Sat. afternoon. Ended up w/ 5 kokanee in an hour. Next day, hit the water about 10:30 after we got the kids fed and of my gosh. The koks were hungry that day. We trolled for 3 hrs and ended up w/ 12 more between the 3 rods in the water. All between 15.5 in. and 16.5in. Overall, great day on the water. GREAT FISHING, GREAT COMPANY and GREAT MEMORIES

Only fished toward the east end of the lake and fished light lead. Fish were REALLY shallow(1 - 5 ft.).

Sounds like an awesome campt trip.
Don't mean to be a nit picker but......there are no Kokanee (land locked sockeye) in Riffe lake. Those are Silvers (land locked coho).

Thanks. I do know that they are silvers, it`s just the common term that " most " people understand. You tell some people you`re catching silvers in a lake and they think you are messing with them.
