This is not a report for Rock, but rather for Bonnie which is upstream of Rock. Wanted to let anyone who fishes Rock know that I caught a small Pike in Bonnie about 4 weeks ago. Don't know if the WDFW planted these or if its an accident, but I was definitely surprised at what had latched onto my bass grub. Yes, I am 100% sure it was a Pike. I grew up fishing for Pike on the Chain Lakes of N. Idaho. Long story short, its not far fetched to say that Pike may make their way downstream to Rock in the future. Fish On!

How was the stream going in? In the past there was a beaver dam, last year it was pretty much gone. I love Bonnie, what a fun lake. Could be fun to tie into a Pike; I just hope they don't ruin the crappie and bass fishing.

Stream leading in is way up this spring. Beaver dam was nowhere to be found. There were plenty of smaller boats on the lake the day I was there too. We got a 19' semi V bass tracker into the lake on our trip 4 weeks ago. Bonnie is a fun lake while it is accessible. Fish On!
