hit liberty Sunday about 9:00am after a great weekend at sprague we fished from the dock for about an hour they just planted a lot of browns i threw a rapala and got fish after fish every cast real good place for kids.. only one big brown from the dock caught by my step dad.. we put the boat on the water at about 11:00 and trolled for a while and tried for bass one good bite but no hook-up i was using a junebug brush-hog then we went back about 40 yards using a crappie jig head with a half of worm and nailed perch after perch ended up keeping my 26 all over 7 inches and the highlight of the day still jigging for perch i get a two lb brown on my ultra light with 4 lb test great fight great day will be back the weekend after this one..

Great report, BassMan. I take some comfort in knowing I'm not the only one who finds LL to be pretty hit or miss. I've seen your previous posts the last couple of weeks and they pretty much mirror my experiences there. I don't think I've caught a single perch out of there though. Trout, bass, crappie, and way too many bluegill, but never a perch. I'm going to have to target them next time I'm out there.
