fished a beautiful day out on the lake, Monday. went out with a fellow wl.com'er. enjoyed your company chad!! tried all that was suggested, in the areas suggested, and, found only 1 school, that scattered quick. I'm starting to think chad is right about them being deep. we tried in 25' to 50'. saw a few other boats, none catching anything. tried the swedish pimples (previously killed them on it), wedding rings, jigs, bottom-fishing with worms, drifting, trolling. all in all, great day, and finally realize it is such a big lake, its going to take me a few years to learn it. thanks for all the suggestions.

Last Thursday the fishing article in the Seattle Times said the perch were at 80 feet.

Thanks for getting me out on the water, Mike. Minus the driving up and down E. Valley instead of W. Valley, and the woman on the bike yelling at me...it was a good day. Sun was shining, warm...great day to be on the water.
