Bill and I were in the water around 11am and fished until 3pm. The water temp hovered a little over 43 degrees, no wind and overcast. I landed 4 nice rainbow and Bill one. Numerous hookups and LDR's. For this time of the year the fishing was decent and we spend most of the time along the west shore of the lake. That is the area we marked the most fish. Most of the fish were 6 to 10 feet deep. We both used sink tip lines. I used a 200 grain 20 footer and Bill was lighter but I can't remember the weight. All my fish were on a weighted black #4 slump buster and Bill used his own home made floozy. The fish were lethargic on the end of the line. A brief run and that was it-bring me and let me go. My feet were frozen by the time we called it a day. This may the last time out for us until it warms up a little.

Happy Holidays,

Doug
