10/16/2007 12:44:00 PMI agree!!!!!!!! As long as you are with in the limit and obey the regulations, there's nothing better than a fresh trout dinner. I especially enjoy a meal or two of illegally planted largemouth bass however!

10/17/2007 12:44:00 AMI wasn't trying to be funny. I have lived in Washington all of my life and have been fishing here since age four, 50 years ago. Lake Wilderness and other King County lakes such as Alice, Langlois, Pine, and Rattlesnake, had always been considered trout lakes and would be rotenoned if spiny ray fish were introduced by the bucket biologists. Due to cost and legal hassles from lakeside residents, the WDFW gave in and stopped rehabs at these lakes. I challenge you to provide data to show that largemouth bass, yellow perch, or pumpkinseed sunfish have ever been planted in Lake Wilderness by WDFW. Don't waste your time, you won't be able to. I was merely defending your right to enjoy a legally caught meal of trout without having to get the approval of some snob! But your report has me thinking I should get out to Lake Wilderness before the 31st!
