I took the kids out to Martha to try and catch something Saturday afternoon. It was a cold day (50s) with a slight breeze from the west. The kids were targeting anything that will take a worm on a hook and bobber, I was casting out to try and catch something feeding off of the bottom. We were there for only an hour before it became dinner time. While removing the bait from the hooks, we dropped the worms off the side of the dock and saw something take it. Probably little bass as I've never seen perch at this lake. I did see some large wakes from some fish swimming near the surface. No idea what it was. Didn't see any fish rolling otherwise.

I've not had any luck at this lake. I'm surprised since the WDFW dropped 10K planters in the spring. Maybe soon enough, or people took most of them and the rest feed the bass population.
