A buddy and i Made a trip to moses before it gets to cold and ices over. Got there Friday late and put the boat in and fished for about 30 mins. With the wind and waves it was almost impossible. Caught 1 dink smallie. Saturday- got on the water around 6:30am It was darn cold but the wind was down. We hit up about 5 or so spots that we were told were good. Caught 3 or 4 from 6:30 to 12:30. Not a good day at all. All over the lake gettin dumped on after about 9am. The one spot we wanted to hit last had about 4-5 boats already there and about 4-5 people fishing from shore so we said forget about it and went in for the night. Sunday we get up at 7:00 hoping the frost would not be on the boat like the day before. LOL. We hit up the spot that was so crowded yesterday first thing. With in 5 mins we had our first fish. a 13 inch smallie. It was on after that. We ended catching 16-18 fish (we lost track) 13 or so smallies and 3 or so walleyes. The biggest smallie was right around 3lbs the scale went from 2 13' to 3 '3 thing wouldn't sit still. the biggest walleye was 5-6lbs didn't get the scale on him before my buddy dropped him and of course it wasn't in the boat. LOL We went in around 12. Couldn't beat the action we got. If you ever fish moses just look for the bridge with all the people around it.
