7/12/2007 2:47:00 PMi spoke with Roger (exbassguide) he says yes! there is smallies in there. not many at all though. so its very rare to catch one and that is definately a smallie no doubt about it. its light coloring is because of the shallow lake. awesome job bhammett! you are the man!

7/12/2007 7:54:00 PMWow it is funny how people cannot tell weight of a fish or specie. Buy a digital scale 'cause that fish is no bigger than 2.5lbs. The bottom pic is definatley a smally. It is scary to think that some of you are out there fishing and cannot tell what fish are what!!

7/14/2007 1:56:00 AMI have heard of Smallies in Silver lake before. A few people I know would have told you to kill it. Its a trophy largemouth lake, I don't like the idea of SM's in there personally either. Plenty of SM's in other bodies of water.
