fished pass. crazy weather. started at the launch in our pontoon boats draggin wooly buggers. had lots of strikes no big takes. Buddy hit a 13" about 30 yards from shore. got up close to the banks on the north side and watched a 3-4lb brown sipping emergers in the weeds, it was awesome, I tossed my bugger at him and he turned his head fast at it, but no take. got 2 nice 14" Bows at the north east end, this time a Burgundy bugger with weighted head. had a few more hits. went to drys to target rising fish, nice calabetis hatch coming off, very small bugs. buddy had 2 takes. I went back to my bugger, 10 minutes in got a nice 14" bow. that was it. fish were deep that we hooked. Fishing was real slow, more than usual I thought, I may pass on pass for a while.
