First fishing trip to Lake Louise in about 40 years. Public access is still extremely cramped. The water is quite clear; perhaps improved by the sewer system installed since my boyhood days. I question whether WDFW should be stocking this lake due to the lack of space to cast and parking at the one public launch. Casting between two narrowing fence lines sucks. Senator Mike Cantrell (R) who lives on Lake Louise might think about saving some bucks and having his neighbors pay for the stocking if access is going to be so tight for those who pay for their licenses each year. No fish this time, but likely it would have gone better a few weeks later in the season and with a boat. My dad and I used to really nail the planters about 100-300 NW of the access (just outside of where the lily pads used to be. Would easily limit out in May each evening after he got home from work.
