Yes.. Limit has been increased to 8 fish per person on Lake Roosevelt with 1 over 22" allowed. Keep all the little fish you catch in pre-fishing and fry em up. Let the big ones go. They are tough and they may bring you $10,000 if you can relocated them on tournament day. Teams were having 30+ fish days during the Gov Cup.Bigbass Dez wrote:Okay i just wanna know if there is a way that i can possibly keep a few of those tasty marble eye fishy .. :bounce:
Bring the family and make a great weekend of it!

RE:Washington State Walleye Championship
Calling all Bass Anglers...
ProAngler is considering a Traveling Trophy for the Washington State Walleye Championship that is geared towards Bass Pro's that enter the Championship Tournament. Your ideas would be much appreciated.
Here is what were considering.
A large "Who's Your Daddy" Trophy. (need help with the name) That sits at the headquarters of the Spokane Walleye Club that says the following:
"Who's Your Daddy"
Bass Pro that beat the Walleye Pro's at the 2009 Walleye Championship.
Your Name here
The Pro that wins would get a smaller version to take with him/her + 80% of the pot from the pool. Other 20% goes to the trophy. No $$ to the host.
Bragging rights for the next year that the Bass Guy's smoked the Walleye Guy's on their own water.
Requirements to Qualify -
1- Angler must have fished at least two sanctioned bass tournaments in the same season as the Washington State Walleye Championship.
2 - Pay $25 at Rules meeting to qualify for the pool.
To Win -
1 - Must be the top finisher on all the Bass Pro's in the pool.
2 - Must place in the top ten overall.
Your thoughts?
Thanks,
Steve

RE:Washington State Walleye Championship
is there any place in western wa to fish for walleye
RE:Washington State Walleye Championship
Nope...Sad, but true...
I am the mayor of ball cap land BOW to me ...
RE:Washington State Walleye Championship
Shock Me,
The lower Columbia holds walleye. So technically these would be the only waters in Western Washington where you could fish for and catch them.
