Skagit County.... has 3 islands.
darn it.... I have the lake name attached to the pic. I gotta get to bed, need to be at the lake in the am. Somebody else take this one over.

Here's a tough one, and a few clues since it is tough. It has an Island, year round, west of I-5 and north of highway 20.

extra clues since it is so tough, 400+ acres, Primary species are largemouth bass, yellow perch, brown bullhead catfish, cutthroat and rainbow trout.

This river is well known for its abundant salmon combat fishery, but upriver you will find simple lonely cuthroat C&R fishing

Alright, one more hint: It's west of puget sound, and VERY popular for chinook in it's lower 3 miles.
