I've heard through my years of fishing Puget Sound that there are some sturgeon especially in the Slough area in the Marysville area, like Ebbey Slough. Are the Sturgeon even edible in Puget Sound? The live in the most polluted areas of our river mouths. If I thoght they would be free of carcenogenics Id go after some, but Seeing that they linger in 1 area Hmmmm. Wheres the seminar at?
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

There goes the fishery!!! Thats all we need is to educate the masses as to where these few fish are and wipe out the fishery all together! This is a brilliant idea!#-o #-o #-o

What else will we do with them.? They are there to fish for. Unless youre the only one allowed to fish for sturgeon. Might as well get them now while we can. I think its a great idea. Pretty soon most fish in our estuary systems will be way to poisoned to eat . Educating folks to the rules and the how to's save fish not hurt them.

It's simple. There are no sturgeon in Puget Sound, it is a myth.

This is the second seminar I have seen THIS YEAR for these mythical creatures.

Rac, this fishery is not a catch and eat fishery, doesn't matter if they are polluted or not, they should be released. C&R only everyone, please and thank you!
